"The cheapest and best form of Traffic for Internet markets"

Advertising resource review: Traffic Exchanges - how to make them work

Traffic Exchanges work - pure and simple.

Provided you recognise what they are and who is going to view them.

This is not rocket science, think about it.

Traffic Exchanges are an advertising medium utilised by Internet marketers to advertise to other Internet marketers - they are not the place to advertise how to groom your dog, although I see these ads regularly I can't for the life of me imagine them being successful.

The trick is to carefully construct a lead capture or splash page that offers free information to the viewer, information that will help them with their business - something like this or this and then to follow it up with an informative well written e-mail series that makes sense and contains links to a number of helpful sites - sites you can earn commissions from.

Once the course is concluded you can legally continue to send them messages containing links to sites that you may ear commission from.

If, for example, you were to structure a course about maximising traffic, you could legitimately send emails about hundreds of products that could be of interest including Traffic Hoopla, search engine marketing, traffic exchanges, safelists, eBooks, on the subject, viral marketing - the list is endless - all it takes is time, and a little thought.

So what traffic exchanges should you use? I use over 30, but I have a core group that consists of the following

The last three while all having some common elements of Traffic Exchanges, have unique elements which prevent them from being ranked at Traffic Hoopla but  I find them all to be effective.

One of the downsides of Traffic Exchanges is that in order for your site to be seen, you need to view other member's sites (Unless of course, you are prepared to buy credits), this really requires a commitment from you of at least an hour (preferably two) to view other member's sites.  To make matters easier, I set up my core surfing program in my multi-tabbed browser Mozilla Firefox, I then load all of my Traffic sites into the browser and surf them all at once.  Often I load several other sites as well and work thoroughly through each tab.  At this rate I usually view in excess of 500 sites in an hour.  I want maximum return for my click and have upgraded in all of the traditional Traffic Exchanges, (from Easyhits4U through to Traffic at the Races) this enables me to earn at least 500 hits for myself per day (in fact I earn a lot more and I'll explain why in a minute).  I have found that I generally get about 1 subscriber per 100 page views (compared to a measly 1 sale in about 10000) and many of these subscribers become loyal paying customers of mine.  I 'm quite prepared to spend the miniscule monthly enrolment fee at each Traffic Exchange and envisage that over time, I will progressively upgrade in many more.

One of the great tricks with traffic exchanges is their viral advertising capacity - by recommending Traffic Exchanges to others, I earn traffic credits from their activities AND their referrals activities AND so on, sometimes six levels deep!  So what is one of the first things I recommend in my course to my subscribers?  The best viral traffic engine on the net of course.

TRAFFIC HOOPLA

It's a quality resource that will help my subscriber and of course, me.  It's a win win and that builds trust, loyalty and traffic of course
